Hello,

I have a package stuck in customs at FedEx in Tbilisi.

I have paid the customs fee. However, the customs agent and FedEx customer service claim that I paid in the incorrect way, meaning my bank entered my tax ID number into the incorrect field on their software interface. My bank (TBC) claims that their is no other available field in which to enter this number.

I even visited the FedEx office in person but their is zero customer service. I called FedEx in the US and they will not involve themselves in a FedEx issue in a foreign country.

If you have any experience with FedEx in Georgia, please share any advice you have.
