VISA APPLICATION ERROR NEED CLASSIFICATION TO SCFHS

Hello guys, my agency applied for my visa application, the visa number is for Nurse Specialist visa, and my license is Nurse Technician. I already verified my education in QVP as per Saudi Embassy's new memo. But we are still getting an error in the visa application saying "SORRY. OCCUPATION ENTERED NEED CLASSIFICATION TO SCFHS."

Another applicant had the same problem and also her license as Nurse Technician is expired unlike mine which is still working, but when she had finished her QVP and when they entered her visa application it worked and went in. I don't know why mine is not working when we have the same visa that we are using and done the QVP verification process too. Do I really need to reclassify my license to Nurse Specialist and take the Prometric exam again or is there any other way for it to work?

Yes same as mine from philippines,my nursing technician is still active but they dont want to accept it they want me to do do reclassification . So i did the reclassification got an eligibility number for exam valid for one year
