Hii! This month my contract already finish in my now workplace but my company not yet tell me when will send me back to my country.Fyi my pasport still don鈥檛 have visa sticker yet and my work permit haven鈥檛 paid during my 2 years contract , they hold my passport as well.I really want to back my country so please give me some opinion what should I do?

or maybe if some offer comes from another company , can I transfer my visa to the new company? Is that possible ? If this company give me change letter?
