Card L Schaerbeek

Post new topic

I want to ask for PR in Schaerbeek ( L card) but the website isn't so clear about the procedure.

Has anyone done it before ? How did you manage ? What happened ?

Hi there,

I would recommend you not spread different topics about same question. This may cause your topic could be deleted by admins.

As in your previous topic almost same answer given see below my comments.

No matter where you made your application the procedure is :

  1. You apply for L card
  2. Municipality accepts your application
  3. Investigates your application
  4. Sends to DVZ
  5. DVZ makes decision positive or negative.
  6. In both case you will receive an answer.

Good luck

I am looking for someone to give me more details about the circumstances.

Like how did they apply for the residency...how did they manage to send the request.

How much did it take ?

Did they receive a positive answer before the ending of 5 months or the deadline expired.

What happened when the deadline expired.

The 2 topics are not the same. Thank you for your collaboration anywah

Have you ever heard of someone asking for feedbakc.. for "retour d'expérience".

Each experience is different for sure.. but the procedure to follow is the same .. and I am looking only for someone to guide me on the steps and share his experience with me.

Again .. learn to be civilised before you post something that only shows the level of your maturity.

The website of the commune is not clear on how to introduce the request, nor what to expect when the request is delivered. Like what annex should be given to the requester.

I don't understand why asking about this is a crime.

There is a search box top right corner. Spare some time and make a search there.

Unfortunately there are no tailor made answers to each cases.

Hi there,

I went to the Commune to ask them directly, do not need to make  RDV

4 documents  you need

  1. criminal record
  2. household
  3. passport photo
  4. 3 recent payslips

Good luck

Ilya543

Did you count 5 years since the first time you regirsted in  the commune or since the delivery date of the first card ?

People are giving me mixed information and I need to know

tunde4elohim

@Ilya543

It’s 5 years from the first day you registered at the commune (not your 1st card date). That’s how I got my L-card.

ChandlerBing

@tunde4elohim

does the commune tell you which date that is, can I ask them via email?

tunde4elohim

@ChandlerBing

You can find the actual date on your composition menage from irisbix using itsme/e-id. It’s the date on your first registered address in Belgium (if you have changed houses/commune).

tunde4elohim

@ChandlerBing

You’ll find it under “Certificat de résidence principale avec historique†when you login to IRISBOX.

Hi,

Cases are different, as I people often think study duration/2 + working duration >= 5,

however I went to the commune to ask them, they accept the application for L card

my case is (study duration/2 + search year + working duration < 5), I did not ask them why?

go to ask them, call or email

Good luck !
