My name is Derek Mesher. I am a 67 year old non drinking non smoking semi retired Handyman of 50 years. I am in good physical condition. I want to stay where ever I end up for good, I am looking for a person or persons who wants to buy property or someone who owns property. I live on a very small Canada pension. I can,t afford to buy property on my own. I would like to share property by paying rent and working off the rest of what would be my share of the rent. I would like to have my own building to live in on the property instead of sharing a house. I am living in a 19 foot travel trailer at the moment so I have some where to live while I renovate some thing to live in on your property. I live in Quesnel B.C. right now but I like to relocate only in British Columbia. If you are a property owner who has a unfinished basement suite or a building on the property that you are not using that I can fix up into something I can live in then here is the perfect opportunity to make some extra monthly income with a rental suite and have your property maintained renovated and updated.
