Late payment Aidat

Post new topic

Many of us we live in complexes, some of them good, others not. When a real estate agent offers an appartment or even penthouse I dismiss low Aidat straightaway.

However, in our complex (the same around I think), people bought properties hoping to earn easy money (two/three years ago). Now they are stuck with their properties, it is too expensive to live in Turkey (Russians/Ukraine, but also retirees from Western Europe)

Going back to the title. some of the people have not enough funds (even Aidat is low), but they have an appartment (ie money), I have no sympathy or empathy though.

Good that our manco is good in collecting (court etc), still it is worrying that people just not pay.

We pay upfront (to the delight of the manco), but so many people pay far, far too late. (for those who pay too late I would say Ikamet is at risk)

Any experiences to share?

Hello, in our block of apartments, there is only two overseas residents (including me who only resides on holidays) and rest of residents are Turkish families who live there. Some of residents who live there always delay Aidat payments.
