Every case is different and depends on your negotiation with the bank.  Travel ban process is started when the loan is handed over to recovery and then execution court is approached for it.   This takes time.   I have no way of knowing what stage your case is at.

so in case i will exit now without the bank knowledge, theres no way the immigration will check the records if i have pending loan here unless the bank order for travel band or hold right? i pay every month through automatic salary deduction.

As i said, if there is no travel ban, you can exit.

Its not in effect yet.  The Government is arguing against it.  However, with more and more people doing what you are doing, it may end up being implemented.

Yes I understand all the arguments for emergencies and loans but the fact of the matter is that people always have a choice.  You should know whether you can pay off a loan should you lose your job before you even take it out.  Imagine if you did this in your home country where you can't run away - the consequences would be more severe.  Some people, knowing they can always run away, take this lightly.

At least you are going to pay it off in installments, most don't.  And that is why, parliment is arguing for this bill.
