Hi all!

I have applied for a residency for my spouse in Madrid. It is still "En Tramite", In a few days we will hit the 90 day limit.

Some websites mention that after 90 days of silence the residency will be considered automatically as rejected, others say that there may be delays beyond 90days and that it is ok and not a matter of worry.

Does anyone have any advise of what to do now, and if someone has applied for a residency in Madrid, what was your wait time?
