Hybrid and Remote Work in IT in the UAE

Hello everyone,

A while ago, I read about some people working in the tech industry in the UAE. It was said that they work for 10 months in the UAE, but during the summer months, July and August, they work remotely from Europe before returning in September to continue working for the same company in the UAE.

Has anyone else heard about this? Do you know of any companies that offer this opportunity?

There is a very low chance of finding a company that accepts the remote for many months.

Even in Europe and the USA, companies are switching back to offices.

However, you can find a specific company or a project team through a company where they used to work remotely during the summer. You have to ask during the interviews.

Because you are working in tech, do you consider working as a freelancer in UAE? Many people come to UAE while they work remotely for a European client.
