Cost of living in Muscat

I will be moving to Oman next month.

I would like to know the cost of living in Muscat.

Interested in food prices, local transport, movies, cost of beer, cost of fine dining in moderate restaurants etc.

i came to know from many post that with wife and 1 kid below 1 year ur expenses would be around 500 OMR...
1 bhk flat
& rest food...more u want to add than add 100 not more than that...
