We are 2 room mates from France and Germany, both 29 and working in Barcelona.
One room just got free for a single person.
We are looking for someone clean and serious, that likes to enjoy flat sharing and have good fun.

The apartment has a large 60m2 roof Terrasse and the room has a private living room.
Shared parts are the bathroom and Kitchen.
The building is new and clean in a quiet part of Barcelona, between Plaza Espana and Montjuic.
