You can swim at Windsor golf club... It's a lovely pool and it costs 750 for non- members.

I don`t know where is Runda
but the best swimming pool in Nairobi
is at Hilton Hotel
1000 Kes and you can stay all day,
wormed, very clean, hot showers, very confortable.

I also have no idea where Runda is.  I on Ngong road and want to go swimming every morning and I'm thinking the Impala Club is probably my best bet.  i hope it's cheaper than 1000 shillings.

at Hilton swimming pool I become member for 10500K
for a month, you can go any time any day for a month
including sauna and stir
it is not so bad and from Ngong Road it is easy to
go there, I stay in Ngon road as well, of course it depend on your time
