Firstly, if you like to live together as wife and husband then why are you thinking about divorce? Be positive please.

It is very simple to marry with whom you like. But there should be two very well trusted men who can witness your marriage and one person who can ask you both in front of those two people who are witnessing  under the constitution of Islamic Law that is called Sharia.

Husband and Wife both either should be Muslims or a Muslim can get marriage with a Christians or Jews. Those who are called أهل الكتاب (Upon whom the sacred books from Almighty God have been sent).

so are u getting married to live together, or getting married for formalities so as not to be considered adulterers in an Arab State?

Hi ,
I think there has been some misunderstanding. I want to know about Sharia weddings as we plan to marry in the future as we love each other but in the meantime we would like to loive together and not be doing anything considered illegal. We want to do it the right way as we do respect the rules of the country. The reson I mentioned if there were any problems if we divorced are purely for safety sake if anything should go wrong in our relationship. Hopefully it will not!!
