my name is yenny, Im from Panama

somebody can help me with this subject.

I have a University degree in Logistics, export and import merchandice, in ship, land, and airplanes. and my experience was working to DHL GLOBAL FOWARDING for 2 years. i have 25 years old.

do you know if i need first a company that want me to work in england and then i can apply for the work visa.

or

I can apply for the working visa, without a company that want me.

any can know this.
