Giving birth in private hospital in Abuja

I will be giving birth in a few months and I am debating wheter to wait and deliver in my country or in Abuja. I trust the birth will be fine but what if I need blood (I am O-neg)? Can anyone share their experience with me?

Edenke, I do not have any child bearing experience but I know there are very good private hospitals where you would get the best health care in Abuja.
