Are there any Monday-Friday ESL jobs in MX City or schools that do NOT run off of split-shift schedules? Also, are there bilingual schools that hire native English speakers positions who are NOT certified teachers in the USA?

I have been researching and seem to find only the two extremes.

Yes, there are many ESL schools but most of them offer very low wages. Some schools pay about 3 dollars per hour.
