MOVING FROM FLORIDA TO ACCRA GHANA

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE COST OF LIVING IN ACCRA.  I AM A RETIRED MAN AND HAVE AN INCOME OF $1367.00 U.S.D  A MONTH. WILL I BE ABLE TO LIVE A COMFORTABLE LIVING IN THE ACCRA  AREA? THANK YOU FOR ANY FEEDBACK

It all depends on your lifestyle and where you want to live. When you consider what the average Ghanaian earns then the amount you quote sounds a lot of money but you, as an expat, will need accommodation. If you decide to live in Accra that could be expensive. If you need a car that will also be an expense and then you will need some form of medical insurance etc. Ghana is not a cheap country. Good luck with your decision

If your wife is in Ghana already and working then I would think she would be the best person to answer your question or advice since she would have seen and experienced a lot by now?
