I want to retire in Panama and live on the beach on the Carribean. Where do I start, suggestions?

I can only think of two places on the Caribbean, Bocas del Toro @ isla Colon or Bala Beach in Colon and I麓m not sure how far that麓s along (Bala). There are other communities but it depends on how local you want to live.
