Guess you need the Indian Embassy or HC in Abidjan and what are the details of your sister?

More details would obviously help in expediting and approaching the correct people in Abidjan.

Well, I managed to get the Indian Embassy tel number in Abidjan from a magazine and I hope this will help.

The number if you are calling from outside is 00 225 22 42 7079.

Let me know if it does not work - I will check tomorrow from office.
