Mont Kiara internation school is good one.

Never heard of it!
Good schools are British International, ISKL, Nexus, AISM, Alice Smith, Garden International, but they are all pricey.
Below that there is another set of schools which are cheaper but may not offer the same quality of education.
What you go for will depend on your budget and location.

^ Mont Kiara is a good school; American curriculum and accreditation.

I am dealing with property Sale & Rental at Mont Kiara area and there is 3 High Quality International Schools there.

1) Mont Kiara International School
2)Garden International School
3)French International School.

Recreation & sport
KLCC & KGPA golf Clubs
Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club
Royal Selangor club
Public Park Bukit Kiara close proximity.

1) is it local founder?

because there are many international schools set-up in Malaysia, some aren't "real" international, I mean some are local private schools upgraded to IB education system and called themself INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. I heard Sri Cempaka also going to become an INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, which is currently a Malaysia Private School.

I agreed j0amelie message. Proper International schools are pricey. i.e. British International, MKIS, ISKL, Nexus, AISM, Alice Smith, Garden International, The International School @ ParkCity etc.
