Al  Mubazzara will be a nice place for a BBQ, but I thing Saturdays usually better than Fridays , usually Friday its overcrowded, but let everyone check the agenda first , maximum by Wednesday we have to decide if going or not in order to prepare for the picnic and to know who will bring what and to arrange transportation for whom donÂ’t have a car , this way we will have bigger number of people.

I am sure we will have fun Â… tc

LetÂ’s do a brain storm and do a checklist for things we need for the BBQ , like food , meat ,chicken Â… etc and drinks like water soda and juice  , paper plates and cups , charcoal , sweets , nuts , shesha , ..
And also we need to know who is coming, let me know your ideas.

why dont we just go to the restaurant in mubazarrah..coz right now we still dont know whose going to bring foods.. atleast if we eat at the restaurant we dont need to prepare anything.. were just going to order, wait and eat..

I'll shoulder paper plates, spoons, forks, plastic cups, charcoals. regarding the food, I saw some marinated chicken and beef at Al falah plaza ready for BBQ. water and juices we can buy it also. And then we'll divide the cost to the number of people who will attend. but I need confirmation till thursday. (22DEC)
Some can bring fruits and sweets, shesha, chips or anything we can share.What do you think about that guys?

Hi All ,
To make this happen I will be inviting all of you on Friday, Al Mubazzara seems to be the best location for a BBQ , the weather gets really cold at night so we will start around 15:30 (03:30 pm)
I will take care of almost everything, but bring with you a foldable chair.
I need also one of you to volunteer and be the organizer for the event since I will be busy buying things and I will also invite some more friends of mine. The main duty for the organizer is to communicate with the attendees to have the same information at the same time.

@ amjo: my sincere apology, we're having problems at the parking area, almost 30 minutes we keep on roaming at mubazara and decided to go hafeet mountains, we stayed there for 30-40 minutes and went home as well, coz its cool as well and my friends can't tolerate it anymore. thank you and please accept my apology.
