we are thinking about opening a restaurant/Internet cafe in the Central region...any tips or advice as to how to begin the process?

Hi! What type of food are you thinking of serving at your restaurant? Living in Accra for a few years I found that when going to a restaurant, having a selection of western dishes and local were always what I would look for with the diverse population in Ghana. Hope this helps.
