New residents to Trivandrum in Kerala, South India

Post new topic

Hi All

I'm Chris and I've recently moved with my partner, to Trivandrum in Kerala.  We're here for at least six months, hopefully longer and live in the centre of Trivandrum.

I'm here for work with a company I worked for in the UK.  My partner is with me on a tourist visa so doesn't work and is keen to network with others! If you're in the area or just visiting, let me know.

Cheers

Chris

Hi Catherine

I'm in the UK for another week, going back to Trivandrum on 4th July for a very long time! What date do you move there?  my email address is ccneale@gmail.com if you want to get in touch directly.

My partner's joining me back after another month (as he's on a tourist visa he has to be out of the country for 60 days), but yes, we'll both still be in Triv!

Cheers

Chris

Ah and to answer your question of what's it like, it's incredible.  I've been round a few of the states, bur Kerala is very green and the fact that it's the wealthiest state shows.  Fewer beggers on the street (it's outlawed) and quite a few places to see.
