What are the odds of finding businesses to rent in ecuador upon arrival? Can only find about 5 online...

haha yeah sorry, was a bit rushed when I wrote yesterday. Anyway, My wife and I are planning a move to Ecuador in the end of 2012, she is Brazilian and I'm American. We will be going with about 20,000USD and hoping to rent a home for 350-500 and a small business for 1000 or less per month.聽 We are just trying to find out the possibilities of even renting a business as we don't have enough to purchase the entire business right away, what about financing or land contracts? is any of this possible?
