HOW TO EXTEND YOUR F-VISA IN SHANGHAI?

Hi!

Currently, I am holding an F-visa, multiple entries, but each time I can only stay for 30 days. So, I would like to extend my visa to an F visa continuous stay here in Shanghai, without going abroad. Any tips?

If you talking about a Permit Residents for Foreigners than you need a Work Contract with a Company in China. And the rest easy. But for your first Longterm Visa you still need to leave once again the Country. Mainly done to HK.

You can extend your Business Visa twice here in Shanghai for 3 months each without going out of China.You need to fill in the form at the embassy which is near to Shanghai Science Museum(Line 2 ) and submit the relevant documents and also show the original licence of the company for which you are here for verification by the embassy authorities.They also give a 1 entry , 2 entry visa valid for 3 months.The cost for a 2 entry visa valid for 3 months would be 352 RMB which you need to pay to the courier guy who gets you the passport back
