Hi,
are foreign investors welcome in Sudan?
Is it complicated to register a company in Sudan? What is the procedure?
What is the corporate tax rate in Sudan?
Is it easy to recruit?
Any advice you would share with us?
Thank you very much for your participation,
Julien
Dear
Its easy to register the company in Sudan it takes about 12,000 SDG or about 3000 usd for registering Limited company and it takes about 10 working days to finish.
If you want to make 99% foreign owned 1% for sudanese its possible.
You will get all types of graduates to hire from IT, Medical, Geological, technical, finance, MBA, etc.,
Tax rate is 30% if the company is stratagic investment in industry or infrastructure u can have 10% tax benefits.
Any lawyer can make the company registration sometimes even bit lesser price also or some time bit more.

Hi Raj,
Thank you for this information.
Dear
We are interested in your procedures and requirements for opening a non resident business account for our company in one of your banks.
Which documents are required to open non resident business account ?
Is there a limit to the amount of money to transfer through an opened non resident business account ?
Who can dispose and withdraw cash from the business account?
Thank you in advance.
