I have been offered a position in Abu Dhabi for 28000AED/month (This includes car allowance and house allowance). The company will pay 80% education allowance for my kids. However they will not cover uniform, books and transportation. They are also providing 100% medical benefits, tickets back to Canada once a year for the family and 25 days vacation. They are also providing moving allowance to 18000AED one time for furniture. Can someone please let me know if that is a good package to move to Abu Dhabi. I am married and have 3 kids. Thanks!!!

good accomodation will cost you arround 10000-13000 monthly
for car you could manage it let say by 1500 monthly (through bank)
education / in addition to the 80% i think you will also need yearly 6000-8000 per kid to cover the balance of this part
the normal life cost for family (it is depend on you) but i could say 5000 to 8000 AED monthly
