exit visa compulsion?? reply pls!

hi guys,
wel ive got job offer from Abu dhabi and will get the visa in a weeks time . One doubt i had in mind is:
1. my parents want me to come back to india to visit(just mayb 3 days) once in 2 months. Would tat require a exit visa and would my company allow that? because in the agreement they have sd i wil get 1 month paid leav only after 1.6yrs.
2. Im also plannin for a visit to greece after 3months in abu dhabi for a personal vacation(again just 4 days) would i need some exit visa for tat too?
im presuming that 2 days weekly off + 2 days of monthly sickly leave i can adjust in those n go.
i dont wana not be back in india for 1.6yrs tats tooo long to b away hence need des details!
help!!
