I don't know such organizations but why not trying the Filipino Embassy?

thanks...im looking for job here as of now. how much does it cost to go malls on taxi?what time do malls here open and close at what time?

you looking for a job?! what kind of jobs u looking for?!?
and where do you live to tell me the price but im not sure if its rite or not.

the malls open from 9:30 the shops open at 10am till 11pm
weekend till 1am but the shops close ar 12am.
