Lost Dog - Brownie - Lod Tunduh/Ubud area, BALI

Dear all,
We are currently trying to help our neighbours find their dog, which was lost from BAWA's clinic in Lod Tunduh (near Ubud). The dog has been missing a while now and they are getting very worried...please could you forward this on to anyone you know who might be able to help. Thanks so much!
Here's the info:
Lost from: BAWA's Lod Tunduh Clinic near Ubud
Last seen: Thursday 15th March
Breed: Brindle dog - brown with black 'tiger' stripes (see photos attached)
Collar: Pink full body collar with reflective bits (it's possible this has been removed)
Other info: Friendly dog & is vaccinated against rabies
Answers to the name 'Brownie'
Was in BAWA to be neutered but they hadn't performed the op on him when he escaped so it's possible he's chasing females
