Funny that you ask (least for me) ... Even though I am NOT living there currently I have just come back from an extended stay there (3 Months).Ìý There are two major players in the cell market there:

You should be able to look up the most recent rates on their sites.Ìý I found the costs to be fairly inexpensive but the quality was marginal.Ìý Calls being dropped and cell towers going down due to power outages is NOT uncommon.Ìý Hope this helps
