automated petrol pumps

the other night i used an automated pump in a garage around the St Paul's area, (i think it was called Nicky's) put in my 20 euros went to fill up and.....nothing it did'nt clear from last purchase i thought it strange it did'nt give a receipt but the long and short of it is i lost my money and ended up with no petrol, a couple of people who were filling up tried it for me and still nothing....wen't back to the garage when it was open but was told someone else must have taken the petrol!!!!! has anyone else had problems with automated filling when garage is closed?
