how does the healthcare system work in Djibouti ? Is it efficient ?

What are the main differences between public and private sectors?

Is it recommended to purchase private health insurance in Djibouti?

Healthcare in Djibouti is very nice but the different b/n privet sector and government on cost.

Am a doctor that work in Djibouti and trust me on this health care in Djibouti is a disaster puplic or private no change we need like 10 years or more life time to change our health care system
