Next stop, Dar

Will be headed to Dar in July to do an internship. I have been a couple of times, but just on vacation and usually on my way to Zanzibar. I am looking for cheap accommodation. Any suggestions are welcome. Also, will be looking for some friends to do everything from snorkeling/scuba diving to traveling around, playing sports, to just hanging out. Would be great to hear from anyone!
