Hi,
I am moving to stockholm in Aug12 and looking to rent an apartment within a radius of 20 km of city centre.聽

Please let me know if you have an apartment to rent or suggest if there is any agency that can help me find one.

Will do that. Is the Stockholm rental market directly approachable or would it be better to go through some estate agent? Can you please suggest a few agents you know. I have already tried several websites (bostaddirekt.se, blocket.se, thelocal.se etc).
Most of these provide contact details of the owner only to registered members and I wouldn't like to pay for membership, when I am not even sure that I will get the desired apartment on the website.
Hence, I am looking for someone who charges me only on successful signing of a rental contract.
