Tourist Dubai visa

halloo everyone,
now i have a situation ,i would like to get a visa to dubai and personally look for a job however im alittle bit concerned on what type of visa i should take.i was wondering if the tourist visa can be extended and would it be better to take than a visit visa.

Hi makdubai if I come to dubai by Tourist Visa and get a job there then have I to come back or the Tourist visa will be converted in the job Visa? Another one is how will be the cost of 60 days Tourist visa and Visit visa.
