Let's meet!!!

Post new topic

Régis number 2

Hello everyone,

I just arrived to Casablanca, I am Régis, I'm French, 28 years old and I am expatriate from an English company, based, in Barcelona.

I had the opportunity to live in several countries and to know formidable people and I do not doubt to do the same here.

I think and I hope that this forum can help me to do the same here and then, I propose to people that are here like me, all new, to meet eachother the next weekend! , Obviously less new people are very welcomes to join too!
We could meet in a bar, the next Saturday, towards 18:00.

The only thing is that I do not know many places here aside from the bars at the corniche. Then if they know some cool places, don't hesitate to let the population know!

I hope that this bottle sent to the sea will find soul that lives! See you the next week, inchallah, Régis

Régis good idea to extend an invitation to new (or not so new) people in Casablanca to meet Saturday!

About Me, I am a 40 year old French woman who arrived in Casablanca in January 2012. By now, I work a lot and I have had no time to get out much.
Like you Regis, I do not know nice places to meet.

Someone have an idea? (before Saturday it would be great! :-)

Great day to everyone who read and thanks again Regis for your idea.
Manayem.

Hi Manayem,

Thanks for replying!

Well I was thinking about going to "la conina". It's a kind of spannish restaurant.

What do you think? And you, people who are reading this message??

Manayem

On my side, I heard about LA BODEGA (still Spanish ;o) more than a restaurant but I've never been. It is located at 129, rue Allal Ben Abdallah. You could have a look at restopro.ma/bodega

About La Cocina, have you ever been Regis ?

Someone could help for choosing between these two places ?
Thanks by advance for you help (even if you can't join us ;o)

Anil Goel

I have been to Bodega so many times. Its a good place to hang out. :)

Régis number 2

Actually, I've also been to la bodega and it's cool but nothing special according to me. And I like knowing new places so that's why I was thiking about la conina. But we could actually doing both or going to la bodega an other time.

What do you think?
What about you, Anil; Are you going to join?

Anil Goel

Regis, This Saturday I am not free. If we plan for next Saturday (16th June), I will definitely Join.

Manayem

Thanks Anil for your reply even if it's a pity you can't join us for tomorrow.

I suggested La Bodega because it is not just a place to eat but, I understand Regis you prefer to find out new places.
So, it's up to you Regis to choose.

Nobody else wants to join us?

Hi
If you want to have dinner somewhere nice in Aindiab, with a nice musical atmosphere, mostly rock n roll.. try La Calèche.
If you care to meet... I'm free most my weekends, if I don't take a trip somewhere.. so it would be nice to join you
