Hi, can someone give me some information on how easy and fast is to get a plan for iPhone 4S? Any provider recommendations?

What do you mean, a plan?

If you have the phone, just buy a sim card.

If you don't have a phone, you'll have to check the providers.

Thought you needed sort of like a monthly plan. Where can I get a sim card?

I guess this is a virtual operator or something:

They have pre-paid offerings and monthly post-paid plans.
You can sign up for 1 or 2 years to get discounts.
