First off forget about buying a house.聽 You cannot own the land so why own a house that is not on your land. Rent or purchase condo that can be foreign owned if you want to buy a place to live.

u can't buy a house in your name but agencies may help you to buy in Thai name but they sign a contract that you have the ownership of the house. the best choice is to rent if you want a big house or u can buy a big condo that's good enough for u as it has security,pool,gym and so on.
