Can i use skype in Qatar??

Hi every one!!

Every one is aware of skype, so no need to explain it

My question is can i use skype in Qatar, with Qatar service provides. I read some articles that Qatar has blocked skype.
Please help me, is any one still using this and how??

Skype is not blocked here, you can download and install it in Qatar as well

it is my understanding that you only need to pay if you are phoning a landline phone. it you are just skying it shouldnt cost a thing.

if you are phoning a landline then the charges will be on the skype website.
