Can Someone Book a Flat Before Arriving in Istanbul

Hello all,

Does anyone know if a flat can be booked from overseas means when you arrive in Istanbul you have a flat to live in.

If someone knows who can rent their flats that way please let me know.

Yes you can book flats in tripadvisor for example, housetrip, ...etc I don't if I answered to your question
