Please consider my points for better position
1. Here companies looking for Experienced individuals and also salary is low for fresh one
2. Most of the MNCs聽 giving good pay, Tell him to target this
3. 200% reference works.
4. Graphic skills gives added advantage

Hello Everyone! I am living in Dubai since 2012. It was really difficult for me to find a job first but now after knowing tons of people in my industry, it has become quite easier. I remain updated about some openings. The key is to get to know people, connect with them through Linkedin. You need that extra bit of luck and reference even if you are well qualified for a job. Yes, I used bayt.com when I was looking, I think I ended up directly dealing with the company but found the opportunity on bayt first.
