According to the newspapers, the airport started construction on June 4th and the original timeline of construction was 6 months.聽 In an article written August 8th, they have pushed back the deadline to sometime in December.

It's hard to say exactly when it will be finished, because construction deadlines move often. It may be finished in December, or they may push it back more as needed.
