What a pity the moderators do not actually enforce this code of conduct!

Please elaborate on why you think they do not enforce the code of conduct.
1. The vast majority of posts (and replies) are from Bangladeshi's, not expats (PS. Bangladeshi's returning to Bangladesh after living abroad are not expats).
2. The various forums are full of Bangladeshi's either selling services, looking for jobs, or seeking foreign women (i.e., using the site as a commercial advertising or online dating service)
3. Much of the information provided to expats seeking advice on moving to, visiting, or living/working in Bangladesh is from Bangladeshi's, which for the most part is useless from an expat perspective.
This site is meant to be a forum for expats by expats, which it is for almost every other country, but unfortunately the Bangladesh ½ûÂþÌìÌà has been almost completely overtaken by Bangladesh nationals.
@shane59
So you are saying that you want the forum to be exclusively for expats and not for anyone who would like to be an expat and who is seeking to better themselves by looking for work in another country.??
No, if that were the case, I wouldn't have a problem. The job seekers are locals seeking work locally!
There is a dozen or more other web sites and online forums for locals to find and advertise jobs in Bangladesh. The Expat forum is a forum for 'Expats'. If a Bangladesh national or for that matter anyone from ay country wishes to move to, or find work in a country other than their home country, they can post on the forum pertaining to that country, which is the exact purpose of the Expat Forum. But if they are looking for work, or wanting to advertise their services, or seeking a relationship within their own country, then first of all they are not an expat, and second there are plenty of other sites where they can go to do this.
It comes down to the definition of what is an Expat, and what is the purpose of this site.
