getting permanent social number in france

help!!,i'm a seasonal worker and have done enough hours to have assedic benefits in france this year,accept that i've always been on a temporary social number and now this must be permanent,i'm in a trailer with minimal facilities as the house has half burn't down,i have an address and all that i need except this,please advise me somebody?

The best you could do is contact the nearest CAF or ASSEDIC offices. You could also seek for information at the city hall of your locality and make an appointment with a social worker there. If you currently live in a small village, they can redirect you to the nearest locality where you can visit a social worker.
