If i got tourist visa and come in dubai then find job. i can convert visa? how much cost to covert visa? please help me?

hello.....
if you come on visit visa you have to leave the country in order to get again with working visa .. you cannot transfer

If on tourist visa then you may visit kish (nearby iranian island) and then re enter UAE on employment visa. This will cost you less than AED 1000.
