Is there a Tattoo Parlor here in Suzhou? Does the artist speak English? And what price can you expect to pay for a tattoo say about 2" X 1" in size approx.?

Also can the artist do an Image that I have in mind or must I choose from a book?

Hi Cathal81,

there is a very good tattoo shop in the new area of Ligongdi named CHINA INK.
Went there recently to get my marriage ring! Not finished yet, but looks great already!!
Prices compared to Europe is a piece of cake聟they charge you per hour / 1000RMB.

Artists are nice but not everybody can speak English聟but not such a problem, they have front desk lady聮s which can translate. Nice girls聟 

You do not have to choose from the book, they can make up a Image for you聟but better bring a picture or drawing to give artist a roughly idea.

Thanks for your reply. I have seen adverts for China Ink alright. The price charged seems reasonable too. The image I have in mind, I can't see taking longer than an hour to do.
