Spanish in HK for a few days: looking for someone to show me the city

Hi. I came to attend a job interview (I'm university professor, 42) and know nothing about the city. I will stay this time only until next Sunday (Sept. 9, 2012) so I would like to share these days with people able to walk around, explain me a little bit about how is life here and, if needed, speak in Spanish. I'm hosted in Waterloo Road.
