Need help finding this address in Guangzhou

Hi,
I am new to the forum...wonder if anyone here can help me locate the following address. My father passed away a few years back. When I was going through his personal documents came across an address that I am curious about. Am considering a trip to see if the building is still there but before I do, I like to know if the building is stil standing or the area has completely been redeveloped as in a lot of other areas in the city. Thank you in advance for your help....the address is

廣州市長壽區西來西街慶壽里 or another reference was

广州市下九路西来初地庆寿里

metro line 1 Changshoulu station.
that's the name of a street, but not a building.
yes, this area is still there.
if you go to the Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street you can see the stone tablet of "西來初地".
i don't know the exact point of this street庆寿里, but it's sure that the street is just somewhere behind the mall street.
