2- and What kind of data you want to recover(videos, word, photos and so on)?

3-and How many Gigabyte you want to recover?

4- and Did you format this hard disk?

5- what happened to your hard disk that makes your data get lost.

@lydia, I wish if you had managed to solve the problem it would be nice to inform us so the guys would stop offering a hand to help.. otherwise if you still need help it would be better to give more details about the type of the problems you are facing with the hard in order to be able to solve it in 24 hours
